SCHOOL FORMS
These are the forms taught at the Praying Mantis-Tai Chi
Center. The Tai Chi forms were taught to Chief Instructor Marlon Pilossoph
by Master Tony Chuy and are of the Yang Luchan style. The forms of the Seven
Star Praying Mantis branch are of the Wong, Hon-Funn lineage and were passed
down to Mr. Pilossoph by Master Tony Chuy who learned from the late Grand Master
Brendan Lai, Grand Master Yuen, Man-Kai and Master Soh, Siu-Ming. Forms from the
Tai Chi Praying Mantis branch were taught to Mr. Pilossoph by Master Tony Chuy
who learned from the late Grand Master Chiu, Chuk-Kai. All of these forms are
traditional forms and have been preserved and passed down from generation to
generation.
The School Forms have been divided into the
